Splinters

I dreamed that my hands were covered in various sized splinters. The largest being the size of a woodchip. I was standing in my dads bathroom, pulling them out and dropping them in the sink. The sink was pretty full of them but i kept finding more. Each time I pulled one out I could feel it dragging against my skin. From the inside. No blood, just scary and I didn't want to pull them out but I knew I had to.
personally I get the teeth falling out dream all. the. time. in one my hands were full of them but more and more teeth kept coming out somehow. I think that's general insecurity, fear of losing something/things you can't get back- I think I started having these dreams after my dad died.
anyway this sounds like one of those dreams that has real meaning. dreams are so personal though, you kinda have to figure them out yourself (although the teeth one is one of those common ones that often has the same meaning for everyone). really interesting.
Pretty sure my dream has to do with things that cause me stress. I need to remove them from my life, but they are such massive things like my freaking job, that it is really scary to get rid of them. It may even be a little painful, but in the long run... But isn't living life without giant splinters in your hands worth it? IDK anymore. I just want some stability, feels like the universe is telling me that it is too much to ask for.
