Sooo...hey there...
Yeah it's been awhile.
I've been trying to go through the process to become a DNR conservation officer. Part of this is a standardized physical test
So, about July...ish. I realized that I was going to have to do this. And I could barely run a quarter mile. In like two minutes. So I've been going to the YYYY MMM C A
And now that song is stuck in your head for the next 7 hours.
You're welcome.
I've been going about 5 or 6 days a week since then. I can now run a half mile in about a 3:40 and I got up to running a 3.7 something mile run in 30 some minutes.
I ALMOST HAVE A FOUR PACK. THE PACK IS DEFINIFYING!!!!!!
Alas. However. It has been at the expense of work on my car. The engine is in. The driveshaft is bolted on. The track bar is on.
Fuel lines need to be routed and I need nifty elbows for that. I need stupid little things like throttle return spring and bracket. I need to get electric fans and finish wiring them up. Also a relay for said fans. Possibly a temp switch.
I also managed to score some used Hoosier drag radials 8" wide. 15" rim size. And some nice Mastercraft radials in a 275/60ish r15
So. I need to get some 15 inch rims. Aww shucks.
There was also some news today.
It turns out all this intensive preparation for the physical exam. Yeah. We were supposed to Schedual for an interview and exam and be selected by June.
It seems I was denied...CRITICAL...NEED TO KNOW...information.
This seems like "hey important. Put on webpage." But apparently not.
*sigh*
At least I'll be ready for next year. For sure. And just maybe my car will be driving.
<yeah right>

FA+

The physical part will just be needed to be "maintained", so more time to work on the car ;)
Just don't stop maintaining your self, I've made that "mistake" and I've lost all I've gain since. It's harder to restart then it is to keep it.
You'll get to get at the end of your car project, just do 1 step at the time.
Cheers!
