That was one of those cons I've always wanted to go to but never had the money to

*hugs and nuzzles you* I know, I have so many friends and acquaintances that attend that one con that the number threatens to outdo Anthrocon!

I wanted to go, but lacked the resources (AKA - money) to do so. And it's so close that even if I had the money, all the rooms are probably booked up.

Maybe next year. I'm in the planning stages for FWA (and still have room for 1 person, 5 nights). I am also working on plans for Anthrocon (Anyone have room available?)

I know. :( It was originally my plan to go with you. In some ways, this might be a good thing. Tonight, Stacy told me that she noticed that her bank balance is actually going down. If I go to any conventions outside of New England, it had better be just one. I think it best if I alternate between Anthrocon and Midwest Furfest. I have a local friend that wants to have my as his roommate for next year's Anthrocon, so I'm leaning towards skipping Midwest Furfest for yet another year. If I do go to Anthrocon, I shall see if my friend would be okay with including you. I know that Fred from Detroit is talking about going to next year's Anthrocon too. Who knows, maybe it could be the four of us in one room, or two separate rooms, if you wouldn't mind staying with Fred. I'm trying to think if there is any reason that you two would not get along. *shrugs* If you like the idea, then I can tell you what I can about him and I can run it by him and see what he thinks.

I have a local friend who also wants to do AC, as well as another from Denver who is planning as well. If we can both secure a room (and I might share with my Denver friend; he is awaiting a reply from the one he is rooming with), we will carpool - along with any other furs from Northeast GA that want a ride. I would love to plan for MFF ... if not this year, then maybe next.

Figures, I always read my notes first! :p I still meant what I said, though. Both 2016 cons are pretty far away, so I don't see anything as etched in an Etch-A-Sketch, never mind in stone!
