FUCKING EMERGENCY I NEED HELP

WELL AS MUCH AS YOU CAN CLL GROSS NEGLIGENCE AN EMERGENCY
because our apartment complex never came to fix our plumbing 4 months ago it ruptured tonight
nice right?
so we have "shit water" all over out hallway/living room/ bedroom and out house fucking reaks
we called the emergency aprt help line and they said to call our insurance agency
well their fucking closed
and i have NO goddamn money
but i need to get a hotel room so we can you know, not sleep in a shit filled house
im livid right now
im asking for help so we can have a place to stay that isnt full of sewage water for the next 2-5 days
we'll need to go to a laquinta cause they're the only place thats near us even remotely that allows animals
i HATE asking for help
i fucking hate it
but i really dont know what else to do
id try and stay and stream to get it but i cant sit here and breath this in
im sitting outside with my cat and my laptop ready to leave
please if you can spare anything to help us out it would mean a lot

we HOPE when we call back to the normal office in the morning that'll be the case but this place is really shifty when it comes to fixing stuff
They shouldnt be passing you onto someone else to handle!
That blows. Id say camp out in the back yard(if you have one) but I saw you mention the neighbour hood isn't a very good place.

I really understand you. All my childhood I lived in awful apartment with guess who? One woman that killed her own husband by knife. She sat in jail but after about a 2 years she came back and started to literally collect all alcoholics and narcos around the neighborhood in our damn house. Then another murder happened in just behind the wall of our room.
It was so shit. I don't know how my mother went through it. Anyway now we're ok. I'm not hungry, sitting in warm dry room and drawing some stuff and sometimes I don't know where can I spend my money. So I'll send you $100, wish it helps. Maybe later I could send you more. Hope everything will be ok. Stay strong :3

a very broken home between my parents and i ran away at 16 and have been trying my best to make it in a very expensive city, and ive come far in 3 years but still in a bad apartment

Long story short, you as a renter are NOT responsible for the infrastructure of the apartment complex itself, your landlord is, and if he's not willing to see that, then it's probably time to lawyer-up and MAKE him see that.
You might also see if any of the other tenants are also having issues. You could get a group lawsuit together and bring forth all of your issues together.

Issue is our insurance has a $500 co-pay, so I can't afford to call them. We'll be speaking with a lawyer as soon as we can but for right now there's nothing we can do
Until then I'll try boosting you if I can.
I recomend trying to open a gofundme I've seen far less dire causes get funded through that and people are pretty companionate to living emergencies especially if they involve a shit landlord
I really hope things get better, I really do wish I could send something but I only have a couple bucks. lol
