So I've been hammering at my job for half a year now with no signs of it letting up to allow me a social life. I've been trying to renew my efforts to meet people so maybe I can squeeze some semblance of a social life in on the weekends. I met two local furs but sadly they are much younger than me, one still in high school, and already there is a drama. I was hoping that I could use them to network and meet other people but apparently that's not going to happen because I'm not worth talking to apparently, not even to point me in the right direction. I don't drink so bars are out of the question. Where do post-college/newly adulting people go to meet other quasi-contributing members of society and socialize? I could use a few hints.
