after calling 10 times to get them to pick up

but..i got a update at 9 am saying it was out for delivery and then at 9:30am saying it failed..?

"yeah if you get here before we put it back on a truck to return to sender"

the ones in sugar land are pretty terrible, I've had an absurd number of things lost / misdelivered
im in NW houston and they suck dong, they either dont knock and just fail it, or they throw it at our door.
thats why we dont order anything breakable online @x@
I got stuff for christmas shipped to my dorm in ny so I'd be sure it'd actually arrive lol
When you go there complain to their manager.
This isn't good customer service at all.
As a postal employee myself, I know for a fact that this isn't how MOST of the postal service operates. Most of us care about our jobs and helping customers as much as we can. It's unfortunate that you have these sorts of employees in your area. :(
