Djibouti City Is The Capital of Djibouti
9 years ago
Recently, I felt like I hit a wall with this short story. I feel like I'm just moving so very slowly with it, and I just want to clip along at a faster pace. But lately work and everything else have really zapped me of energy. It's been frustrating. I want to post more material, but I've been unable to devote much time to such a creative endeavor. There's so many things I'd like to tackle, and the only real solution may be to find a suitable way to adapt. But thankfully, I feel like I'm coming around and moving past this issue.
My goal for right now is just to keep at it until I reach a sensible pace. I know that I'm able to push myself to write anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 a day, but I don't know if such an output is viable. Some may find that easily attained, but I find such a rate to be quite tiring. I may get to that point if I keep pressing myself, but it's just been tiring these past few days. About a third of this next chapter's is ready to edit. I only need 4,000 more words in order to finish my rough draft.
I don't want to post another journal until I get "Lamentations of an Icarus - Part IV" finished.
You also can read about Tyson, his guardian demon, Trace, and their adventures by clicking the link below:

Just in case you can't open those files here. ^^;
Like always, I appreciate anyone who's ever read my work. It's deeply appreciated. ^_^
