So, I'm super excited!

Why? Several reasons.

Most immediately because my beautiful Rina got a real bonified job yesterday that isn't mopping floors or serving french fries. She'll be working as a phone operator for a medical answering service making over minimum wage and getting plenty of hours, and that's only going to get better.

After the panic, stresses and melt downs of last month it almost feels like it was all a test to see if we could hold it together and come out just as strong on the other side. I think we passed with flying colors. Despite everything else, our devotion to each other never wavered. To that end I decided it was time to go to the next level, even in the middle of all that and before she got her job. I wanted to show her that I'd be by her side no matter what. I asked Rina to marry me and she said yes!

We're planning on tying the knot this upcoming Halloween. I love this woman! I can't say it enough. I've never had someone in my life that I don't have to struggle with constantly; who is just there and loving and sweet and asks for nothing except for being loved. I may be the happiest man on earth right now.
