Dev has multiple forms; you've noticed this, I'm sure. Besides the original Kaisura form, and a pure cabbit form, shi can (but rarely does) appear as a Kaisiri, Kaisesu, or Kaisoru. Shi also has a kemono-mimi human form, and a mobian variation of hir original/base Kaisura form. Shi probably has other forms, but who knows...?
