I said, I will happily approve anyone's Kaisura characters, when the KRDP is up and running. I DO NOT want to be FLOODED before the system to keep it easy and managable is up. I explained this, but do people fucking listen? No, of course fucking not.

I've just about fucking had enough. Get this strait, right now; I do not, give permission, for kaisura characters to be made before the KRDP is up.

And I sweat to fucking god, if just one more person asks for a special exception, if just one more person blatently rips off a piece of my or fur's work to "create" their "own" kaisura, I'll scrap the whole fucking project on a dime.
