First: Thanks for all the well wishes. It helps a lot to know someone is concerned about your wellbeing.

Monday was the Pre-op. All sorts of weird questions that you either don't know or can't remember. (like wanting to know the date of an appendectomy I had when I was five) Xrays, blood tests, and other such things. and finally having a plastic band put on my wrist that I have to leave on till after the surgery. (and it itches!)

I'm going through the last minute jitters which I suppose is natural for this sort of thing. Good thing I have a lovey to hug.

I've gathered everything I will be taking with me and hoping I still have it all when I am discharged.

Now to wait things out till I go in.
