So as most of our friends have probably heard by now, Navajo and I have decided that after 7 1/2 years together that we are better off as friends. We ended on good terms and mutual understanding. So at least I can say, there's no hard feelings and things are peaceful. We're continuing our living situation for the foreseeable future so nothing will change in that respect.

So after this, we let things settle a bit more. I took some time to center myself and figure out what the hell I was feeling for someone I've known for a few years and finally decided to grow a spine and ask him out. So, we'll see how things go from here. I can honestly say, even without having started to date yet, just the thought is enough to keep me smiling throughout the day. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a thing for the guy for awhile now. So even to have a chance is... Amazing to say the least.
