My boyfriend Joshua Joshua Cottrell and I are looking for a third roommate. We'd be looking for them to move in starting in November. We're signing a 1 year lease, and if you moved in, you would sign on too for the remaining 11 months.

The house is in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

***A first month's rent of 400 and a deposit of 300 are required starting in November. It'll be 400 a month for rent and utilities in November, December, and January, and then will drop to 330 a month. (this is to pay off the deposit.)***

You'll have your own room with a walk-in closet, and an attached office.

The house has 1 1/2 baths, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, internet (you will not be paying for that), and central heat and air.

Must provide own furniture for bedroom.

Roommate must not smoke (vaping is fine), not use drugs, have no pets, no children, no criminal record of a felony, have a steady income, and be willing to clean up after themselves preferably.

If you wish to split grocery costs, it'll be 100 a month. Regardless, you'll have free range of the kitchen and utensils.

*I make family dinners and always welcome people to share with us though if there's enough to go around!
