Wanted to make an official journal about this for my commissioners ( both past and present! ) reference~<3
Lost your A True Blue Artist Badge either a home or at a convention? Not to worry! I have a policy in place that can replace your badge! It's written into my TOS but I wanted to provide details that are a bit easier to find in the unfortunate case that a badge made by me is ever lost~
With every badge purchase the laminated original artwork is delivered as the final product~ Before delivery I scan each piece and keep it on file ( with an exception to 'at con' badges which are delivered before the convention is over and can't be scanned )! In the unfortunate event the original badge is ever lost I can make a high quality print of your badge, apply any glitter/accessories ( if I still have them in stock ), cut it, sign it, laminate it, cut it again, hole punch it, clip it, and ship it to you as a replacement! <3 ' u ' You can also choose to get a replacement made to wear around and keep the original pristine as well~
Replacement cost is just 10usd to cover the print, preparation, lamination, and badge clip + shipping to your location!
I do write my contact information on the back of each badge so if a badge is ever lost there is always a chance the finder could contact me so we can get it back to you! If a lost badge is ever found it is the owners responsibility to cover shipping costs for the return~
So if you ever find that your A True Blue Artist badge has gone missing and would like a replacement please feel free to let me know anytime and I'll get you taken care of~<3 Hope this journal comes as a relief to folks in the future!
