★ Rest in Peace...

★ Hi there everyone,
My sincerest apologies for the lull in posts and slow progress on commissions recently, wanted to post a journal to keep folks updated~
My partner and I woke up to some very very sad news this morning. His Mom, after an admiral fight with cancer in recent months, passed away early this morning. While we're glad she's not in pain anymore we are absolutely crushed.
It's been a very emotional, uncertain, and difficult few months with lots to discuss and do. She was such a kind and sweet person and I'm so glad to have known her the 9 years I was able. Her passing has left a vacuum that is difficult to describe in words; she is and will be very missed~
I want to be there for my partner and his family and help as much as I can during this difficult time. I also have 2 conventions back to back in less than 4 weeks and there's still so much to do for those. I am very sad and very stressed but am doing my best. My sincerest apologies to my commissioners for the longer wait on projects, your patience and understanding is very appropriated and really means so much. I'm working as much as I'm able with everything that needs to be done, thank you so so much again for all of your support~
Grief unfortunately doesn't have a time limit but my hope is to get back up on the horse and up to speed again in September. I am currently closed for any new commissions as I get caught up and enjoy my current projects in queue~ ( I have a few pending projects with payment plans that will still be added to queue on schedule, so no worries or changes for my pending commissioners ) My current projects have been a warm and very welcomed relief from recent events, I'm so so grateful to have those to work on right now as I can. Thank you, thank you, thank you 💙 As always if anyone has any questions about their commission please feel free to reach out anytime and I will respond as soon as I'm able~
I will continue and will always give you my very best, thank you so much for reading,
True Blue~★

Take your time to heal, and may your wound close soon...
... unlike mine.
It's a small mercy that he's not grieving alone. My heart goes out to you both.
Give yourselves all the time you need to mourn, she will always be in your hearts.
