Issues with notes???

So lately with someone on PM it turned out I sent them a note ages ago, and they never got it.
I'm unsure if I just wanted to send it and didn't? I do take painkillers a lot and they make me forget things. Or compose notes, leave them open in a tab, go do something else, and accidentally close and never remember. That happens sometimes, but I have like 4 or 5 people whom I'm waiting a response for notes for weeks and nothing?
If you think I should have noted you, or you noted me and I didn't respond, please comment or try again? I have notes I sent that look like they are being read but no response after 2-3 reminder notes, it's just weird. If it was one person I would be like ok they are busy or hate my face whatever, but it's happening a lot lately.
I will start just shouting people I guess if I don't get answers for too long. I really don't know if I'm at fault here or note system or some combination of the two.

getting received and sent notes, but it hasn't happened to me yet. I can't remember
who the folks were who mentioned it, so I can't quite help beyond knowing someone
said something similar a few weeks back by like 3 people. You can always send a shout
to folks you mentioned asking if they did receive your note as a precaution to know if
folks truly aren't getting them. (And vice versa for those who sent you notes). If it turns
out notes aren't getting sent, you can open a bug report.
and I dunno if I may be one of them if ya tried note me, but I haven't seen more notes since the WIP on the two sketches ya sent some days ago! The speedpaint I have no WIP for yet
That's pretty much all I've got on the matter.
I send a lot of notes, just about daily, too many to keep track of them in my head as to whom I sent what.
I just chalked it up to FA being coded crappily and have tried to deal with artists via email whenever I can.
Annoys me, I never know if artists got the thanks for pieces they did!
