∆ PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE ENTRY BEFORE ADOPTING FROM ME! ∆

With the new year just around the corner I wanted to make some adjustments to how I operate with my adoptables. I realized I really needed to have a ToS in place, so please take note now: if you purchase an adoptable design from me you agree to my ToS and its entirety.

For Adoptables in General
1. All payments will be made via PayPal using "Goods and Services"---NO exceptions.
2. When you comment to claim an adopt, you must have payment ready right then and there.
3. Holds will only be done for previous customers of my designs.
4. All sales are final for premade adoptables. This means no refunds! So please don't claim a design unless you're 100% sure you want it!
5. Do NOT offer me trades! (Unless I've specified otherwise on a listing)
6. MAKING IRRELEVANT/RUDE/UNWANTED COMMENTS WILL GET YOU BLOCKED AND BLACKLISTED! People who continue to made irrelevant/rude comments will be reported for harassment.
*If you resell a design, do not sell for more than what you paid me unless you have additional art!*

For Design Auctions
1. All payments will be made via PayPal using "Goods and Services"---NO exceptions.
2. When you place your bid you are agreeing to pay THAT amount. So if the winning bidder ahead of you backs out, you are then responsible for paying out your own bid as you would then be the new winner.
3. Counter offers will no be accepted if you win an auction. Don't place a bid you cannot pay if you win!
4. Backing out of a bid/hiding your bid will result in you getting banned from future auctions.
5. If you are not able to pay, let me know ASAP.
6. If no payment has been made in 24 full hours the next highest bid will be the new winner and they will be noted.
7. IF NO ONE PAYS ME FROM THE AUCTION THE DESIGN WILL BE RELISTED AT A FLAT PRICE FOR AN AMOUNT REACHED IN AUCTION.

The money I make from designs goes towards my household expenses so please be courteous and respectful.
