Updates, Bases, an questions

I think only a couple of you guys actually read these things, but hopefully everyone else doesnt consider them annoying :D.
Now that the holidays are over I'm going to try and work a bit to get this place busy. Get out at least ten pieces a week, whether they be adopts, sketches, bases. whatevs. I've noticed I really need to work more on doing human faces, I had some nice line art I scrapped this week cause her face kept looking so derp I just couldnt.. -.-
I did manage to put out the Kitling base however, which I adore. Hopefully a few people can pick that up and make a little profit on it, or at least make their own kitling army.
Just as a suggestion, when drawing your own OCs, it would be totally cute to add your Kitlings in their with them. I'll make sure to work on their sketch sheet this week, I have a big project Im almost finished with and a commission to get to before I have some free time.
Before the month is out I'm going to come up with a contest or something to give active watchers a chance at some kina prize so watch for that.
Now lets test and see how many people are watching? :D
Do you guys actively look for adopts, or pounce when you see something you cannot resist?
What would you like to see more of?
If I started producing more PSD adopt files, with a solo adopt with a few adjustable outfits would you be interested and about how much would you be interested in spending?
Trying to gauge my price range vs what people are able to afford/willing to spend has always been a small challenge so some in put there would be great. <3

I'm odd about adopts thought. I tend to collect for the art, rather than for the character. I've got stuff I would never play, just because the art was amazing and I wanted to support the artist XD
Its one of my favorite games.
I'm thinking about the Kitling base, but I don't have an art program yet... I could get my bf to give me his Bamboo to draw but I have absolutely no experience xD
GIMP is a free program that I -think- opens PSD files.. Im not sure. If you ever get to the point you want to buy a program I totally recommend Sai, though clip art is a little cheaper and can do a lot of the same functions.
I kinda wanna make one, or have one made rather.
I am big on adopts. I feel like I grow my family when I buy new ones but I am very picky on what I spend my Money on because I mostly spend art I earned by doing what they did. LOL if that makes sense.
There are so many I am tempted to buy from you already I just can't justify buying right now for some reason.
I love your art though, and I love you posting often letting us have a /say/ in what you do next.
I am sadly not usually around when adoptable that I like are posted and they are usually gone by the time I see them. I do search for adoptables every once and a while to see if anything of interest hasn't been scooped up.
I also adore your outfits and have wanted to buy at least one of your adoptables/ref sheets based solely on the outfits that were displayed. I believe it was the lynx ref sheet if memory serves me right.
As to input to pricing I think your pricing is great, I just almost always seem to be in-between paychecks when you post something I like. Hehe.
Lemme know when you get the base and make some, I really am looking forward to seeing other peoples takes on them.
In life there are so many varying physical proportions for bodies, it's weird when everyone has the same body type.
Though, that's furry art, isn't it? :P
I'm attracted to characters who have a bit of damage, some kind of story, and a unique feel about them. This doesn't need to be "weird out there species" unique, as even a simple character design can be owned by an incredible character.
Though, I'll admit, I've picked up an adoptable here and there over the years. They've usually been some interesting characters, special themes, or just needed to fill a gap I find myself with.
Though that said, you will definitely see trends >.>
But rp does have to have that depth of character in order to work. Being unique isn't always essential to me personally, but having layers, depth.. ohmy..
I guess that could be the trends you mean. :P
I did RP for a long time before I ever got into actually drawing my own characters. Actually, it wasn't until about a year ago that I could draw my own. I could draw other people's, but not my own. I had to feel I was good enough to do it. Learn new techniques to match the bodies exactly. Hah... ~18 years of RP, and 1 year of drawing my own.
Great, now I've gone off on my own strand of thought. Apologies.
I'm guilty of trading art for adopts now and then though. Which is odd, since I usually just art for free. Still, I'm running out of my own ideas, and have to start increasing my character stable through these adoptable methods.
I just cant make whats in my head, come outof my hand to my satisfaction. -.-
