This needed a few alterations and some streamlining. Any changes made here do not apply to work/commissions that have already been paid for, this TOS takes affect starting 3/20/2018 and any works paid for on and after this date.

*All cash payments are PP only I will accept no other form of cash payment.
*Work will not begin until payments are made in Full.
*Commissions will not always be worked on in the order they are paid for. The reason for this is muse dependant. I have decided that quality is worth more to me than a quick turn over. If you expect fast returns, please consider this when commissioning.
*Do not pester me for updates, ect. If you have not heard from me in a few weeks, you can poke me. I am human, sometimes I do forget things.
*You may only resell artwork as a character sale and for no more than purchase price. You may not sell prints, reproductions, ect.
*please review and be comfortable with my style before requesting commissions. I will not alter my style for any reason. This would result in subpar work on my part, and longer wait times.
*Refunds will be by a case by case basis, to be discussed if the buyer feels necessary. 10% of all commissions will be considered non-refundable to cover any time I have spent on the project. I reserve the right to refuse refund requests. The only reason I will likely consider a refund request is for excessive wait times, around three months or more <this has never happened>.
*Charge backs will IMMEDIATELY get you black listed and called out on social media beware pages.
* All characters must have previous art examples.
IMPORTANT!!!***
*All art I create I reserve the right to post and use in the future. This will be utilized for art examples, twitter/facebook posts ect. I will not resell your character as prints, everything will be tagged as notfreetouse.
**All art will now be Wing-It style. I will ask for some mood, or expression input. You can request a type of pose <ie sitting/standing ect> But end decisions and design are mine. Please be confident in my abilities and style prior to purchase.
**I will not longer submit stages for approval. I will offer in some cases, at my discretion, the sketch stage for you to look over and give input on. PLease do not request to approve sketches.
** You can expect a 30 day turn around on most work starting from the day of payment. HOWEVER, larger pieces like ref sheets, multiple pieces, complicated pieces with backgrounds, painted work, will now have a 90 day grace period on them.
WILL/WONTS
*I will draw any species, human, anthro, feral, insects, robots.
**limited experience with machines/insects
*Any gender is allowed
*I will do NSFW on request. Tasteful nudes only.
*I will do some couples, no porn scenes please, but nudity is allowed.
*May do vore, within reason.
*May do violence/gore within reason.
*Will NOT do, Porn, scat, diaper play, underage, excessive violence or gore, snuff, waterplay <pissing>,
Licensed characters, hyper.
