Just had a closing conversation with a friend who is trying to totally disappear and hates the world and everyone in it. They were surprised that I found them, when in reality they appeared 'online' in my contact list.

Seems they deleted their profile, conversations, whole history, looking at the history it's blank and sifting through that history now is a pain requiring going through every single message manually.

I just don't get it. Why do people do this? Why beat themselves up and hate everyone, and refuse to RP and hang out with me when I'm clearly trying to cheer them up.

And it seems I'll probably never talk with them again.
