This one is mostly for me though, I have always had a thing for witches. I have to actively work against my natural inclination when I RP to do something OTHER than a witch type character whenever I write.
Maybe it has something with the healthy dose of gypsy blood soaked in my veins. haha..

Human born with feral attributes varying in severity from something as simple as a tail to full on anthro . All inheriting of their power/status. The majority female born, however effeminate males, trans males and the rare herm have been known to born to the moon as well.

They will have elements, talents theyre more adept at with each individual. A feral form they can change into once they have reached a certain skill level, and lunar cycles when their power is at its peek.
