sometimes it's good to just take the day and just walk around outside. See things you didn't know were there, be extra friendly to someone if you go out to get something to eat, ya know?
I know it sounds awkward, but sometimes taking a break means letting your mind just playfully wander about your environment and studies have shown that even if it's a bit forced, keeping a smile on the whole day can reduce stress by a ton. I've done this on many occasions (I walk to my local Publix Supermarket a mile and a half away whenever I get groceries, simply because I walk in the grass on my way there, and the environment never seems to bore me with music playing in my ears)
