Heres a build from a long time ago. I wanna start saving so ii can stop using my husbands PC. Luckily, The parts became alot cheaper but i was wondering if this build is good enough for :
Photoshop CS6
PaintTool Sai
Premier Pro
Vegas Studio
Recording and Editing HD files
Video Game / Art streaming
Playing videogames with Above Average Settings
3D Designing and Sculpting
Any Brands you guys have a preference for?

I think it'll be fine, you've got the necessary things I'd use [been building for years], like an SSD, 16-32GB of memory (which will definitely make things better), and a good GHz quad-core.
My preferences are Intel and nVidia, so personally I'd recommend swapping the Sapphire for an equivalient nVidia card, but that's me. PNY offers nVidia cards (usually I find them on newegg.com but anywhere will do) that are cheaper and still high quality. Lots of companies sell nVidia cards but PNY is the highest quality for the cost.
One other thing you may want to look into as well is the CAS latency of the memory sticks (often written as 9-9-9 or 9-9-9-18] the lower the better, though these days you can't seem to get lower than a 7-7-7.
i7 Core: Great! I use an i5 and it seems to do everything I need it to.
I hear Liquid coolers are great, but they are also probably more than you need. I use "Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler" at $24. I can run League of Legends on all high graphics, Flash CS6, and CSP all at the same time without problems.
Motherboard: I run a Asus - Z170-DELUXE ATX LGA1151 Motherboard, so I don't have experience with the type you have. As a heads up, it probably comes with an installation CD that has a bunch of drivers. I don't recommend installing them! Use the Windows recommended drivers instead. The Asus ones (or at least the USB drivers) weren't compatible with the Windows 10 drivers and kept sending me into a blue screen loop, where I'd have to clean install the OS.
Storage: Your hard drive is intensely overkill, I feel. xD A 1TB SSD might do the job just as well? BUT if what you have picked out is affordable enough, it probably won't hurt to have all the extra space, either.
That's all I can kind of comment on as far as knowledge. I know my Monitor costs a bit more (though I feel like it's probably a less important part of the build), but there's a few of your pieces I can't comment price wise.
This is my build, if you want some sort of comparison: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FHwW6X
I also highly recommend Newegg and Jet for buying your items. Amazon is also great if you have Prime, but they charge you tax when you check out, and it adds up quickly.
As well as maybe toss in a 500gb SSD for windows on its own. That way you have no hiccups with running windows while also using bigger canvas's on photoshop and everything else.
Windows would hiccup for me sometimes. One day I had to nab an SSD, grabbed a Samsung 800 500gb and now I have no issues with canvas sizes.
The power supply upgrade would be amazing because if you EVER want to upgrade your graphics card, then you're set on that.
If you POSSIBLY can splurge, I'd def upgrade the graphics card, but at least with the power supply and SSD, you'd be set for a good while.
: )
Depending on your area and how much dust you have around, I think that would be your deciding factor. : O
