New laptop woes

I'm pretty sure I am cursed..
The note kept crashing and wouldn't work how I needed it to..
so I traded it in for an ASUS and THIS thing is having problems, including its fans absolutely screaming at me right now -.-
So I have to drive across island and take it into the Microsoft store. Depending on length of time there may be some delays on art and I'm temporarily pausing purchase on all -existing- adopts.
The eggs are still fine because I can work on those on the husbands pc.
Fingers crossed all the issues on this are small fixes
