Stay Back, Ethel. The Streets Belong to the Machines Now.

Hello there! I just wanted to say a few things. For one, I'm likely to post more of my story on both Penana and Wattpad. I discovered it very recently, and it does look like an intriguing avenue worthy of my time. It does give me an excuse to revamp the first chapter of In the Shadow of Your Horns. I'm not thoroughly displeased with it, but I do think it pales in comparison to the chapters that followed it. I'd like to add more description and foreshadowing. I may even do that with a few others, but I don't want to go overboard in this pursuit. I'd like to finish "Lamentations of an Icarus - Part V" soon, so I'd like to do these two separate tasks simultaneously.

Of course, you can also read the story so far here, but I'm unsure if the files will open. XD
Also, I can't help but feel saddened at the loss of Chester Bennington. I literally gasped when I read the news. I was taken completely by surprise. My heart goes out to not only the lads in Linkin Park but also Chester's family, as well. Linkin Park was integral in helping me form my taste in music as a kid in middle school. My childhood's practically encapsulated within their first two albums. Chester left behind an enormous legacy, and I'll never be able to listen his music the same way again. I will always cherish the music he helped create. God willing, it will outlast us all.
The sun will set for you, Chester.
