So, I came back to FA 4 months ago, sort of. I came to check if things had improved and... well, I'm not seeing all the bullshit drama I saw before. But I still can't get myself to use it much because the site structure is just so poor. It's almost impossible to actually find anything I'm looking for because tags and other labels here are horrendous and massively inconsistent, there's no way for users to add/suggest tags, there is no blacklisting of any kind, and the folder system, while it's supposed to help people organize things, it ends up getting in the way of finding things far more often. A minor gripe I've had here a long time is that when you favorite something it counts as a complete page reload, which means a second 'back' function and load every time. Minor, but very annoying. And lastly, the writing community on FA is almost non-existent, which is quite disappointing.

I don't know if I'll upload any stories here, I have IB, SF, FanFiction.net, and A3O for that, but I do know I won't be checking here often. Almost anything good here eventually finds its way onto e621 in a much more searchable format anyway.
