Yig-ped!
*checks to-do list*
"Make hamburger hash before Babstream"
Well, technically I did that! I made hamburger hash, and Babstream hasn't happened yet. (Because it's been postponed to Monday.)
And the hash was goooood! My compliments to the chef. ...Oh wait, that's me!
My hamburger hash recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1 celery stalk
1/4 onion
1 pound ground beef
1 big ol' russet potato
pepper (I like to use Mrs. Dash Table Blend)
1 tsp minced or crushed garlic
paprika
DO THINGS
Submerge the potato in a big pot and boil until tender (usually ~45 minutes).
Refrigerate potato overnight.
The next day, chop up the onions and celery, dice the potato, and break up the ground beef.
Saute the onions and celery in a little oil until the onions start to turn translucent. Add a dash of pepper and garlic.
Add the beef. Stir and turn until browned.
Add the potato. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika for color.
Stir and turn until it all starts to get a little crispy.
Bone app the teeth, as people who don't know any French say!

Also, do you peel the potato first or prepare it with the peel still on?
I don't mind eating unpeeled potatoes, so I don't bother. But you can if you prefer.
