General
First, every purchase from me indicates you have read and agree to my TOS.
I reserve the right to post any art done by me on websites, social media, ect for promotional or journal purposes. Art will be tagged as owned and unavailable for public use.
All art that us not a premade adopt is allowed a 30 day turn around starting from the moment I receive full payment. ****Delays in approval process may delay this deadline!***
Pre-made adopts will often be delivered as soon as payment has been made.
Premades must be paid for within 24 hours of claiming or auction winnings unless otherwise agreed upon before hand.
All commissions, eggs, YCh, ect must be paid for in full before work will begin.
Depending upon the complexity of the commission I may require some additional time to complete and ensure quality work.
Commission work will be given a total of three chances to review and approve stages. Red lines/finished lines/colored.
Each stage will be sent for approval, each day without an approval extends the 30 day deadline by the same amount <I cant finish your work without these approvals>
Redlines you may; Change position, change expression, make otherwise large overhauls to the general appearance.
Finished lines you may; Quality check for errors, change expression, make SMALL changes or additions. No larger alterations will be permitted atthis stage.
Colored you may: Error check for color pattern and palette, no further alterations can be made at this stage.
Colored check will be sent with a large watermark to protect my work before its been completed.

Reselling any work is permitted ONLY, if you paid $$ for it and for no more than purchase price. Gifted art, traded art, raffle art or anything otherwise not generating $$ Cannot be sold for a profit.
This does not apply to bases
You may alter my designs as long as they are not a part of a closed species. Once purchased art is yours to mess with as you desire to any extent you desire. I only ask that I receive some credit for the original design and work.
If your piece is of a closed species, you must abide by individual closed species rules.

Payment plans will only be discussed on fees that exceed $100.No work or art will be processed until fees have been paid in full.
Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.
As a general rule, no requests for refunds will be processed UNLESS; I find I cannot finish your work within the allotted time or I have otherwise decided I cannot complete your work within my abilities <this is rare>
If the buyer needs a refund you may note me and I will discuss options with an open mind. However I reserve the right to refuse any and all requests

Lastly style is entirely subjective and not relative to quality. There are plenty of examples of my original work and the style I am most comfortable with. Please keep this in mind with commissions, YCH ect. I will not step outside my comfort zone to suit a particular style that you may have in mind. I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission if I feel your expectations are outside of what I am comfortable doing.
I reserve the right to cancel and issue a PARTIAL refund in the event I feel I am being harassed and all prior behavioral warnings have been ignored.
