Need to fund my MFF trip... EDITED: 16 Oct 16

Hello everyone,
As I have made note on my Twitter and in my previous journal I will be attending MFF this year. To that end I need to be able to pay for my hotel room, gas, and food at the con. So I have a question for all of you. Or rather two questions.
Which one of these options would you prefer:
1. Should I do a couple YCH auctions?
2. Should I do an MFF badge pre-sale?
If I do the YCH auctions I will post two sketches that I've been saving in my sketchbook that I will post on November 1st. I will then work on those to be completed before MFF. But that will depend on the amount of work it will take to update the sketches.
If I do the badge pre-sale it will be for between 15 and 20 badges. I will then get those badge sketches approved and the finished badges will be given to their owners at MFF. The sale would only be for those who are going to MFF in order to lighten my load while I am sitting in the Artist Alley.
What are your thoughts?

also I have deluxe Studio suite for ANE2018 that I would honorably welcome you in for, partner. I haven't recruited any roomies yet for it, and your art is what inspired me to be part of the furry fandom when I found your old webpage many years ago. It would be an honor to at least see you for the first time let alone open a stay for your for ANE. I reckon people will toss money all over you for a badge heehee! x3;
The YCH would possibly bring in more cash due to auction (if that's your preferred method).
So you take a chance on either one working in your favor just depends on how much work you want to handle at the time.
However, the YCH would probably be less work for you when compared to the badges; and would probably bring in more money.
