The Worst Year
Hey everyone!
This year I've been hit ultra hard on several fronts. I'm so sorry I haven't been around to talk or do commissions but I will say, when my time got consumed by various important tasks, art was one of the first things that got dropped from my plate. Currently there's not a good end of these trials in sight but I just want everyone to know that I have not forgotten about you guys and my list of things to do. Art is my therapy and I've been polishing my skills at a minimum... or trying to.
In December we had a healthy baby son, yay! Ajax was born at seven pounds, eleven ounces and did very well. In May, though, he had to undergo an intense surgery to correct some fused sutures in his skull. He did amazingly well but also had to have a blood transfusion. If you've ever been afraid of needles and for that reason you never give blood... please think of Ajax and realize that because of the gift of blood, he's made a full and complete recovery. Thank you, to all you blood donors out there.
Additionally, husband will have to have a surgery as well. It's not yet but seems pretty guaranteed. Like I said... I'm going to be really locked up in my time.
Aaaanyway. For now, commissions will not be processed and anyone can get themselves on or off my list as they please though I'm sorry to say it may still take time. If you feel that you have a commission that needs some consideration I'm still able to work with you, though forgive the amount of time I'll have to take to complete it. Commissions will not be streamed, I'm sorry to say.
I adore you all!
