Quarter Life Crisis Rant

I've decided February is not a good month for me. Too cold and not enough sunlight is not good for Aya TT.TT
I've also decided that I can't keep working at my current job and need to find something more career oriented that pays a real livable wage. So I'm trying to figure out if I need to go back to school and finish a 4 year degree, I'm just really afraid of wasting 3-4 years and a shit ton of money again and disappointing myself and those around me and just racking up more debt. Like really afraid of failure.
What do you do to keep your spirits up in the winter?
Art progress:
So at the moment I'm working on some practice stuff. I pull up a random anime reference picture that I like, set a 5 minute timer and see how much of it I can sketch. I can usually do about 3-4 in a day for funzies. It's something easy that doesn't require a ton of commitment or creativity (both of which I am lacking in great amounts) but I'm hoping it will improve my speed and accuracy.
Any suggestions on things I should draw?
Any personal experience in jobs that are a career that you recommend? Or advice on going back to school and overcoming fear of failure?

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to find a job more suited to what you would like to do as a career. Or even something that could act as a stepping stone to help you reach it. Just make sure you have something lined up before you decide to leave. Or if your housemates/family are kind and let you be unemployed for a while as you find something, that’s fine too. If you’ve been at your job for a while you could file for unemployment while you search. If you have a temporary job placement service, I would suggest having them help too. That’s how I found my current job and learned of many others.
Going back to college is completely fine. There’s nothing wrong with it. Having a degree can be a major game changer. Best thing would be to think about what you want to do. Break that down into fields that’ll help you get there and go for it. On the downside there’s some fields that have a low placement rate. Or if you’re like some companies, just seeing you have some college experience is enough to get you in the door. Just…remember that college isn’t exactly for everyone. Some people like it, some people don’t. If there’s a community college I suggest at least knocking out a short course on whatever field you want to go into.
Don’t know if you want these, but these are lists of the best job to go for in 2018 and jobs that older generations didn’t have. Honestly I’m surprised by the jobs older gens didn’t have.

Failure is always an option. But if we don’t fail, we’ll never know what could’ve been. Right? Personally I just put up with my job and see it as a stepping stone for what could be. I don’t want to be there forever so I’m working on my own stuff in the hopes it takes off. Or at least gives me skills I can show to possible future employers. It’s just a paycheck to help fund what I want to do. (and being in debt sucks ass.)
Hopefully this helped a bit. (?)
I don't plan on leaving this job without another one lined up, I actually have my old job that I'm still working whenever they need a fill in and could manage part time and college there if I chose that rout.
I've also gone ahead and looked into some career planning courses at the local community college, I've got a ton of credits from a few years ago and just need help deciding if choosing a more basic general major or going with a difficult science major in a subject that I enjoy is the correct path. I'm just impatient and will have to wait a few months until the summer sem to start that.
And on top of that I went ahead and talked with my boss about the opportunities available to me through my current job there (Amazon does try to offer a lot to their employees) and the steps to get there. It's also a slow process and the current position I am in is incredibly boring.
But all hope is not lost, I just need to be patient.
Thank you again for your suggestions, I thought I'd reply and tell you a little bit about some of the opportunities and conclusions I'd come to, in part through your help. ^.^
