Iron Artist Start!
I'm tired of just saying all the time. It's time that I bite the bullet and proceed in life! I've thought about it long enough and I'm starting it today!
IRON ARTIST CHALLANGE!
Why am I doing it?
Two main reasons. First is actually to improve my habits and follow through. Thanks to some work schedules I've had, my creative side hasn't been able to take the spotlight and has become content with viewing others work. Iron artist is a great means for kicking the habit of creation into gear! Second is to get better at my craft! The art side at least. I know I would have been better by now if I put more effort to practice more in the past. Call this making up for lost time.
What will I be doing?
Anything I put up could be anything from quick sketches to full shaded piece. Theme-wise, you can expect to see all sorts. Some being but not limited to Vore, Toony Antics, Fat Furs, DiaperFurs, Inflation, FanArt and non-fetish themes. I do intend on keeping both FA and DA galleries up to date with the challenge, however, I'm thinking over rather I want 18+ themes going on my DA account. Another thing I am looking forward to improving is just sketching in general. Breaking down the mindset that everything I draw HAS to be as great as it can be. (Although I have a rule in place to prevent submission art from looking like crap.)
I do have some rules to keep myself on track.
1: Pic of the day CANNOT be a simple throwaway doodle. It must have some serious thought and/or time put into it.
2: Something must be drawn every day. Meaning if I draw up two things on the same day, the second drawing will not count.
3: Single frames for a comic strip do count as pic of the day and must be shared.
4: To avoid a trap of most submissions being placed in the scraps folder. At least one drawing should be to a high enough quality to be kept in the main galleries per week.
5: In the event that severe art block is stopping the creation of fresh drawings, Taking a pre-existing sketch and colouring it in will be allowed.
As a bonus to this news, I've decided to open commission status for anyone wanting to buy pic of the day! While I haven't officially chosen my prices yet, I will try to give you a good quote for what your ideas are.
So, here I go. Posting this journal then I post my first entry. I'll likely link back to this for the first few submissions. I am looking forward to hearing from you guys! Please feel free to comment and critique my work!

As for your challenge, the best of luck to you! I'd never dare commit myself to such a duty, since I doubt I could keep up with it....
