Doing great! Been working on my radio show and my game review segment for it..playing some games...listening to music...sleeping...continued weight loss (Went from 220 to 180 and now trying for about 175)...the usual :)
Can you share your secret with me? That's one of the things making me so busy, I've been going to the gym every day to loose weight.. I'm at 315lbs... : (
1. No snacking or drinking anything sugary after 9 P.M
2. Cut back on snacking
3. Drink LOTS of Water (Distilled)
4. Limit yourself to one soda a day (Or one every two days)
5. Don't over indulge in foods
I would be careful about drinking distilled water. Your body needs the trace minerals in it and certain kinds of this water can hurt you. On top of that, I don't see any benefit here. Would you enlighten me?
Honestly I'm doing great on the water thing, probably better then I've ever done.. chugging the stuff. I've found pre-bottled purified water is fine to me. I also drink that ICE water stuff if I'm craving a soda.

I know, I've seen your videos lol. I'm currently doing the same actually, got a mechiphile roomate now which is AWESOME. He's going with me to the gym and it's going good. Doesn't leave me much free time to draw though unfortunately.
Oh goodness lol I had no idea you were keeping up with them!! I'm flattered! And that's great to hear you're hitting the gym man! Art and talking online are cool and fun, but it's good to get out and about irl and take an active role in your health! I've actually upped my physical conditioning and bone hardening regimes so I can directly strike concrete with my fingertips without harm! lol it'll bee awhile before I move up to breaking things with my fingertips though.
