As of last week we received notice that our rent would be raised by $200 under the new management, a price we simply cannot afford - we’ve been doing our due diligence to sell everything we can that we own worth anything to try and raise the $4.5k down deposit (and closing fees) for the only location in Houston we can afford , but we’ve only made $2k from doing so , not even half of what we need in the upcoming weeks for us to avoid becoming homeless / couch surfing with our pets. Life has been rough for us and it just got even rougher , we’re hoping that we can get just enough help so that we can continue to survive. Thank you for reading my Gofundme , god bless.
I wouldn't ask for help again if it wasn't such a drastic situation - Im desperate and scared, this might not be an obstacle i can overcome , much less alone. Please consider sharing this gofundme even if you can't afford to donate.

I have an 1800 Sq.ft house on 3.3 acres of land, and I pay just under 3k a month for it. Wtf are you living in, an old cotton farm estate from the 1800s?
I was legit WTFing the hell out overhere cause why in the world are you being told you have to pay $4500 a month unless its like a penthouse or mansion!? XD

yeah this is just to help us get into the only place we can afford monthly , rent prices are being raised every year in this city , we just got hit with a $200 increase, before any other new fees, because theyre trying to price people out so they can renovate
