WANTED: Buffalo Mouse a.k.a. Buffalo Bunny (character)

This is a character that came up in a discussion with 
coracleboat. I half-jokingly said this to try to spice up a very bland possible character/fursona of mine:

Everyone knows that it's a mouse in a rabbit skin-suit, but everyone is too afraid to say anything about it.
Inspired by Silence of the Lambs, I added the name Buffalo Mouse for the character, but Buffalo Bunny may be better.
This actually might have some potential in a story, as an adversary or something. It is not a good representation of myself. I try to be a nice guy.
Coracleboat, would it be okay with you if I or someone else wanted to actually use this character in a story or some art?

I still say someone like that could be a hero (then again this is coming from someone writing what is basically a psychological trauma-fetish story so, yeah)
And as long as he can control his killing so far that he tries to only kill people who have earned it, he could also be a good crime fighter.

Him being a cook and having to do something about the corpses would also leave much space for cannibalism and comedy.
His suit could have jointed mechanical ribs which allow him to open it to glide wing skins, like that of a flying squirrel. The little problem with his umbrella wings could be that they also sometimes sponanously open when he makes a wrong move. And with opened wings it can get hard fitting trough doors.
