Not sure where OneDrive could be causing an issue. This said, it might have something that has more to do with Windows 10 than anything else. That's at least what happened to my Monoprice tablet after trying to download the drivers through the DVD or online. It just didn't want to work anywhere else beside SAI (And that's after fiddling with it over and over.)

The new (Well, technically old) Wacom tablet I got after I found it in this one flea market never had failed me on the first driver install. When I found the perfect and most optimal driver for it, began to work like wonders. Not sure if it has something to do more with driver incompatibilities issue that's been going on with the OS in general. The same sort of happened with my audio drivers, where the solution was to literally mix two drivers together (Taking the driver files from one, while taking the application files from the other)

I think it's OneDrive because I've noticing my pressure stops working when my computer is laggy/slowed down, and I think that's what the sync OneDrive is doing is causing. It definitely slowed my internet to a crawl, as once I went to Task Manager and ended the OneDrive tasks, it started working again. Pen pressure was still off though but I think it's cause once it starts laggy, it doesn't get fixed without a restart...and upon starting up OneDrive will turn back on and lag it out again.

At least that's my theory. I hope it works once I desync and get that drive.

Good point, if the lag's too strong, it might have an effect on how you're drawing overall. Not sure if you could disable OneDrive when you don't need it and re-enable it whenever you want to use it around, sort of like the DropBox application.
