Because the idea of drawing with lags is just ugh

Not a new computer, I think maybe it's working now because not only was the OneDrive lagging it out, but the laptop was on for a day or so (I think at least, I thought I had shut it down the previous night but maybe not) before as well. I shut it down last night and upon start up immediately turned off OneDrive's task and opened Clip right away after. That's what I'm thinking anyway.

That's what I meant with "A more comfortable computer" :p. Hopefully that's the issue behind the whole lagging thing.
