Retroresolutions

⭐️ be rootin, be tootin, and by god be shootin ⭐️
So, as we near the end of 2018 and start gearing up for a better year/better us, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on all the things I accomplished this year without a resolution. These are things that I'd like to continue on, feel good about, and generally just acknowledge. Maybe before you make your own resolutions for the new year, take a second to appreciate how far you've come in twelve months!
1. This year I finally discovered the secret to getting myself to drink water! Put it in a pretty cup with a straw and we're in business.
2. I've started keeping houseplants that I haven't killed yet!
3. Both me and my boyfriend have been going to the gym since June, and I couldn't be prouder of us for sticking with it.
4. As such, I've lost ten pounds and intend to lose more!
5. Through therapy, I'm learning how to create healthy boundaries.
6. I'm also getting better at explaining why I'm unhappy rather than lashing out.
7. I've started to meet people and make friends locally!
8. I tried lots of new food and found a lot of cool places that I enjoy!
9. I've maintained a 4.0 in classes and look forward to graduation.
10. I've stayed true to myself, and as I look to the future, I can only see that strengthening more.
So before I make new resolutions for myself, I'm going to look at all the things I've accomplished and feel proud. Too many New Years resolutions are forged in guilt and regrets of what we've yet to do. Instead, maybe look at what you've done and think about strengthening it further!

I will definitly take some time and think about what I managed this year, really good idea
You've accomplished so many awesome things!
as for me, I'm pretty proud of my 2018
Did stuff off my bucketlist, was more social and stayed at the same workplace through the whole year. Something I haven't done before.
Not to mention enjoying life more in general
