A big thank you to all who wished me a happy birthday.
Yesterday was pretty quiet. Brother took me to Red Lobster for dinner and for some cake afterwards.
I don't feel any older but there it is. Big me appreciates all the thoughts and wishes but my inner child is sulking because there was no party, no presents, and no balloons! I'll get him one later to cheer him up.

My last couple of birthdays have been quiet. No presents (not that I want any!), no cake, no party. I at least get a dinner though, so that is good enough. I turn fifty this year, can't believe how fast the years go.
