My current and extensive backlog that has accumulated for the last few years now has been 90% refunded.

It's not everything by February but its something.

That feels. Great. And will probably feel even better once everything reaches absolute 0.
But this is a fantastic start. What's not refunded in this list will be added to 2019 Public Trello.
(This will include current commissioners in my queue, what's being worked on currently and any new refunds in order.)

Speaking of; sorry that the Trello hasn't gone up just yet as promised in January.
But expect to see it up during March if not the next few days.
