So im gonna be a bit negative so sorry in advance
So I went out on a limb and bought a Wacom Cintiqe 16, I got it today followed the instructions got it set up and it dosnt work. I turn it on and get a "no signal" message. I tried plugging it into the HDMI port that my monitor is plugged into and that made my desktop show up on the tablet but no windows or icons, and when I tried clicking things with the pen it was clicking things I couldn't see.
I hate to return things as soon as I get them but if it dosnt work it dosnt work, and Im not losing that kind of cash on some thing that not gonna work

With most video cards, there is a more in-depth configurer in addition to the default Windows Display Properties. You might have to fiddle with that as well.
Might try this info coming from reddit.

If its an issue like this one cat on youtube was having, you might need to contact wacom for a replacement...
