...well, the obvious (and easy) but still true answer would be "Pumpkin", but since you're asking for ones from different media - for some reason I've always really, really, really loved Toriel from Undertale. Her whole character, and especially how many people draw her in fan art, is just great.

Wolf O'Donnell from Starfox is also a big one for me. For some reason I like characters that are older than me? Not that I'm complaining.

There's also pretty much any character from games that I just really like, personality-wise. Neeshka from Neverwinter nights 2 (who doesn't have nearly enough fan art), Anum-La from the amazing 3DNPCs mod for Skyrim, some custom followers I made myself in Fallout: New Vegas and Starbound - seeing any of those in a well done NSFW situation gets me going, for lack of a better term, because of the emotional connection I feel to them (Again, not sure how else to say that, my English isn't perfect).
