You know how in much of media, spell incantations are either:
A) Rhymes, or
B) Weird words?

Well, consider casting spells with incantations...that are haiku. And the haiku has to be at least somewhat relevant to the situation at hand, perhaps with the spell name in the final line.

Alternatively, another, similar style of poetic organization. It could even be a made-up method, like a 5-7-9-7-5 deal, or based on real-world ideas, like a Fibonacci Sequence poem - 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, etc, where the more lines you successfully speak, the stronger the spell.
