WTF?! paypal again! :(

This time, I really don't know what's going on with the F*cking paypal!!!!! :(
2 days ago I tried to sent money to my main account (which is verified) from my sub account (which is unverified), and then, today paypal suddenly say that the transaction is "suspicious" and lock my sub account.
OMG about $700 USD was frozen inside, and it is going to paypal's pocket. I mean, even if the transaction is totally within the transaction limit, they still lock it, with, ridiculously no reason.
so does that means everybody using paypal HAVE to verify their account? if so, what the hell do they set up those transaction limit for?!
All I want is to protect my own privacy because they give out my name and home address in each transaction. But then if I don't provide my real name and home address they would never allow me to transfer money? WTF?! they say they will protects you in the transactions, but who actually got protected now?! they can't even protect my privacy! And now they are stealing all the money in my account with their ridiculous reason!

You only verify if you are selling something on Ebay or stuff like that...
To verify, you need a check account or something... Call those idiots and ask em what the hell is going on. =/
If you can't even use an unverified account to sent money, then nobody can actually use the unverified account?
it is been the second time that paypal try to lock my account with all these unreasonable reason, and without previous warning. and this time I even urgently need those money for paying bills!

If the account credentials aren't the same, so they can't link them both back to you properly, then they sometimes suspend large transactions whilst they run checks. Normally release it after a few days.
In any event, regardless as to whether they can link it or not they will have to release the funds back into one of the two accounts eventually. Since the money isn't legally theirs, keeping it from you would be theft.
but before that I'll have to find a way to survive though this month

I Really hope they get my account out of limited mode today. It has been over a week, and now I am broke and my whole eBay store is entirely backed up. Im now probably going to loose my 100% Feedback rating because of this, because customers cant pay me and that means I cant send them their merchandise in a reasonable amount of time. I really think it should be illegal for a company like paypal to take peoples money, and just freeze it up without alerting the person first. And then after freezing it, taking so long to unfreeze it. This is completely ridiculous.
