CURRENT STATUS:
Fixing PC. Work is back on track though.
First off - what happened to the FA layout?? Everything looks weird to me.
Now onto the important stuff.
Vodafone kinda messed up. Instead of activating my broadband, they cancelled it. Without explanation. They just text me saying 'Just to let you know, we've cancelled your broadband'.
Which has left me in a bad spot tbh. I heavily rely on commission work to make ends meet. I'm out of pocket for a whole month now. And as I've just moved house, I have a lot to pay for >.>
I contacted them. On the phone with someone who could barely speak English (I already have auditory problems, so I got no where with that because as polite and as respectful as she was, I really couldn't understand her. That and she wasn't sure what was going on either. Some sort of computer error. Etc etc.)
I emailed them. Nothing. I'm pretty much getting the silent treatment. So I've just told them to keep it cancelled.
Gone with another company. Who apparently have had a few people move over to them from Vodafone due to issues. So not sure if they are just having a bad time right now.
I don't know the estimate of the new broadband service. Still waiting for confirmation. But I think the max time is two weeks usually. Vodafone made me wait longer, but that was due to the holidays.
Currently using emergency Mobile Data to write this. But I thought I should keep people in the loop.
Can't stick around. Otherwise Vodafone will take more money from me (Yes, I have them on Mobile contract, hence why I also applied for Broadband)
I've noticed I have quite a few notes. I'll try to get to everyone as soon as I can!
So sorry about all this. Hopefully the new broadband will arrive promptly, and won't cancel without reason.
Got a nice new Vodafone router out of it. Not sure what to do with it now though...
