What exactly happened?

basically someone pushed me too far too often and i felt like i was a failure
that i was a monster who was corrupting everything i did

Kitt, one of the interesting things I do before I get up each morning is, I lie in bed on my back and think about the great day I'm going to have today. I think about it for a bit, breathing deeply, and repeat that I'm going to have a good day.

It actually works.
