Code of Conduct Update IMO

Can we define the terms "Promote" and "Identify With"? Because the example they give
"You may post Civil War content, but it may not include The Confederate Flag on uniforms..."
Does not sound like either promotion or Identification with. It sounds like simply depicting a historical detail. A civil war picture with out the Confederate flag is just guys in blue fighting guys in grey and is completely devoid of historical context. As for their other example:
"You may post content containing German soldiers, but not Nazis."
Okay... but once more, there's some events that, if depicted to follow the guideline's example, would be pointless since the historical context would be heavily scrubbed to the point of non existence.
I'd comment directly, but they blocked comments on the update.

Don't get me wrong, I can't draw to save my life. But it still makes no sense to me. I get it, nobody likes the Nazis. But if we are going by virtue of what they did and what they inspired then why not extend it out to Communists? Look I like history, but if persay I wanted to have one of my character's drawn reenacting an SS trooper, I'm not promoting the ideology.
