Liam, my friend Idaho has died. He is the son of my mother's friend from college and I think of him as essentially family. He was in a car on a freeway with his girlfriend and two others when something caused them to crash. Liam was ejected from the vehicle and was found ~70 feet from the wreck.

My entire personality and point of view is built on loyalty and a sense of duty to protect those I care about. Friends, aquantances and ESPECIALLY family I will fight to the death to protect as I have demonstrated on multiple occasions. The fact that a 'family' member was killed more than halfway across the country from where I am and the fact that there is no one and nothing to take vengeance on is earing away at me. I am smoldering inside and there is nothing I can do about it.
