Okay yeah, normally I'm not for banning people on FA, but this person is here solely to harass you.

Alright, I'm taking the case to see this guy banned.

Here's what we can do.

1) Let's start by removing all the shouts this guy ever made. You can do this by going to "Control Panel" up in the Upper Right corner of the page (any page). From there, click on the link in the left menu bar that says "Page Shouts". You can now take everything this guy says and delete it from your Shout Box.

2) BLOCK HIM! Once again, click on "Control Panel", and then select "Profile Info" in the left menu bar. There should be a text box for entering names of people you want to block. Enter that guy's FA name into the box, and then click the "Update" button. Now he won't be able to shout, comment, or PM you.

3) The next step is to get this guy kicked off FA since his images are clearly a violation of the Terms Of Service on FA in that his images are meant to harass you. This is most definitely a bannable offense. If you haven't already, submit a trouble ticket by doing this: Go into the Control Panel and select "Open and View Trouble Tickets" on the left menu bar. Select "Harassment" and then write about what's going on. Don't be afraid to name names and link them to the offensive images they posted.

4) If you have already submitted a trouble ticket, and not getting a response, there's another way to get an admin's attention. One admin I know of is very nice and polite. His name is  tsawolf and if all else fails, PM him about the situation and he should be able to take action.
