Read It.
(my first Journal entry for this was butt-f*cked, so here's a shorter one)
I just barely began to know the guy as an artist...and I never got to meet him in person...
I feel deplorably, miserably robbed of the opportunity to not know him as well as I wished to. The last thing I said to him was a comment on one of his pieces posted here on Furaffinity.
I miss him....I don't know what else to say....I miss him horribly.
I will never be able to give him my gift art to him now...

You should still finish the gift art, imho. It'll give you closure. I've done that in the past, and it helps me to cope.
